Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 working days and customer notified of expected date of delivery. If a product is back ordered, please be advised that delivery may take up to 6-8 weeks. Orders will be confirmed with an order number.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by PUPPY ANGEL SOUTH AFRICA is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, PUPPY ANGEL SOUTH AFRICA will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
Due to hygienic reasons, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Please visit our sizing guide before making any purchase.

This guarantee covers any defective merchandise returned to us in it's original packaging.
