PUPPY ANGEL SOUTH AFRICA WHOLESALE POLICY
The following outlines our wholesale policy and terms. Please read this carefully and if there is any question or concern, feel free to call and discuss it with us.
Placing an Order
Orders can be made via email to puppyangelsa@gmail.com, by telephone to 082 350 6630, via fax to 0866 230 541 or by mail to Puppy Angel South Africa, 18 Crane Street, Atlasville, Boksburg 1459. On-line wholesale ordering will be made available as soon as possible.
We do not allow our products to be sold on E-bay to preserve the high quality of the brands we supply.
Payment
Payment is required before items will ship unless otherwise agreed. Payment via EFT is preferred.
Delivery and Returns
Orders will normally be delivered within 3 business days if all items are in stock. Please allow 6-8 weeks for back-ordered items. Delivery is charged at cost on all orders based on size and weight. We do not allow sale or return of our products to ensure that everything offered is sent in pristine condition. We will not handle returns from your customer. If your customer wishes to return it they must send it back to you. We do not allow these items to be returned to us.
Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing is confidential in nature. Only approved retailers are privy to our wholesale prices. By requesting access to our wholesale pricing, you understand and agree to keep this information confidential. Sharing this information with anyone not directly responsible for purchasing or decisions on purchasing for your company is grounds for withdrawing your access to our site.
Puppy Angel as a Trademark
When the wholesaler intends to use the Trademark, prior to use, the wholesaler shall inform the Distributor of the manner of such use and submit a sample of any materials including but not limited to, catalogues, leaflets, posters, newspapers, bearing the trademark for prior inspection and approval by the Distributor.
For website customers we can provide electronic images for you to use online. Under no circumstances must these images be used for any other purpose than to promote those specific items (i.e. for company stationery or website design).
We do not allow our products to be sold on any kind of discount shop such as Ebay.com which to preserve the high quality of the Puppy Angel brand.
